Mixing Guide
Use the chart to help you determine the proper speed control
setting and speed switch setting for mixing.
Best for mixing dry ingredients and folding in
liquid ingredients, egg whites and whipped cream.
Ideal for creaming, stirring, making sauces, gravies,
puddings and quick breads.

NOTE: Be sure speed control lever is in the OFF position before
changing speed switch from LO to HI or from HI to LO.

Before Using Your 10-Speed Mixer For The First Time
Please fill out information that follows warranty.
Before using the Mixer for the first time, wash beaters and dough
hooks in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly, see
Cleaning Instructions.
Burst-of-Power
The Burst-of-Power provides maximum power to get through tough
mixing tasks at any speed. Press the burst of power button to obtain
maximum mixing speed anytime an extra boost of power is needed
for thick, heavy batters. Release the button and the mixing returns to
the previously selected speed.
CAUTION: Do not use the burst of power in excess of
2 minutes at a time, as the motor may overheat.
